Policy.

This policy explains how Life in Focus collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, view our media, or contact us about a project.

Effective and last updated: September 21, 2026

1. Who we are and the scope of this policy

Life in Focus is a creative photography and video-production brand operated by LiFi Media Production, LLC. In this policy, “Life in Focus,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LiFi Media Production, LLC doing business as Life in Focus. Our website is lifeinfocus.media.

This policy applies to information collected through this website and related online interactions that link to this policy. It does not govern a client project when a separate agreement, production release, employment notice, or other specific privacy notice applies. If a separate notice conflicts with this policy, the more specific notice controls for that interaction.

Life in Focus provides services primarily to businesses, organizations, agencies, institutions, and professional clients. The website is not intended to collect payment-card information, government identification numbers, health records, or other highly sensitive personal information. Please do not include sensitive information in a general project inquiry.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a project inquiry, communicate with us, or become a client, we may collect your name, work email, telephone number, company or organization, preferred contact method, project type, desired timeline, estimated budget range, project goals, message content, and any other information you choose to provide. We also receive information that you send by email, telephone, text message, or through another agreed communication channel.

Inquiry and attribution information. Our inquiry system may associate your submission with the page you visited, referring page, landing page, form timing, consent status, and marketing-attribution values such as UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, Meta click identifiers, and a first-party visitor identifier. This helps us understand how an inquiry reached us, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, route the request, and evaluate marketing performance.

Information collected automatically. When you use the website, our hosting, security, analytics, and advertising systems may receive technical and activity information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, screen or viewport information, referring URL, pages viewed, links or buttons used, timestamps, session information, cookie or browser-storage identifiers, and diagnostic or security events.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from advertising and analytics providers, referral partners, social networks, client organizations, event organizers, public business sources, or other parties involved in a project. If you submit information about another person, you should have authority to provide it and should avoid providing more than is necessary.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, prepare proposals, and communicate about requested services;
  • Plan, provide, manage, and improve photography, video, livestreaming, editing, and related production services;
  • Maintain client, vendor, project, release, licensing, delivery, billing, and business records;
  • Operate, personalize, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website and inquiry process;
  • Measure website use, marketing attribution, campaign effectiveness, and lead quality;
  • Send service-related messages and, where permitted, relevant business or marketing communications;
  • Detect spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms or rights;
  • Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and enforce agreements; and
  • Carry out another purpose described when information is collected or that you authorize.

Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to respond to your request or perform a contract, based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, with your consent, or to comply with legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the information, purpose, and jurisdiction.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, tags, and pixels. Some are necessary for security, site operation, preferences, form functionality, attribution, or fraud prevention. Others help measure traffic and marketing performance or support advertising.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage certain tags. Depending on configuration, consent choices, and the page visited, services may include Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Meta technologies, and first-party attribution tools. These services may collect or receive device and browser information, page URLs, interactions, IP-derived location, advertising or cookie identifiers, and campaign information. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use Google services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Our form uses browser storage to remember certain campaign parameters and a landing page during your visit. It may also read first-party or advertising identifiers made available to the site so that a submitted inquiry can be attributed to the source that led to it. Browser storage and cookie duration vary by technology, provider settings, and your choices.

You can limit cookies through browser controls, clear stored website data, use applicable platform opt-out tools, or contact us regarding a privacy request. Blocking cookies may affect attribution, embedded media, preferences, or some website functions. Where consent is required by applicable law, nonessential technologies should be governed by the applicable consent signal or preference tool.

Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale,” even when no money is exchanged. We do not sell contact-form information for money. Where an applicable law gives you the right to opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures, you may exercise that right as described in the “Your privacy rights and choices” section below.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

  • Hosting, security, and website providers, including providers that host WordPress, deliver content, maintain backups, protect the site, or diagnose errors;
  • Inquiry, CRM, email, and communication providers, including systems used to receive, route, store, and respond to project inquiries;
  • Analytics, attribution, and advertising providers, such as Google and, when configured, Meta or other campaign platforms;
  • Media and platform providers, such as YouTube and Vimeo when their content is embedded or linked;
  • Professional advisers and business-service providers, such as accountants, attorneys, insurers, consultants, and technology vendors;
  • Production partners, contractors, venues, and vendors when information is needed to evaluate or provide a requested project;
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services; and
  • A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Our project-inquiry form sends submitted information to a secure Life in Focus data endpoint for processing and delivery into our lead-management workflow. Service providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations. Third parties acting for their own purposes are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, evaluating and providing projects, maintaining business and production records, honoring licenses and releases, measuring marketing, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and contractual obligations.

Retention periods vary by record. An inquiry that does not become a project may be retained so we can respond, maintain communication history, and understand business development. Client, contract, licensing, release, delivery, and financial records may be retained longer because they document continuing rights and obligations. Analytics, advertising, hosting, backup, and security data are retained according to our settings and the relevant provider’s practices.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through ordinary backup cycles. We may retain information when necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include encrypted transmission, access controls, managed hosting, software updates, backups, anti-spam controls, and service-provider safeguards.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what to submit online. If you believe information you provided through the website has been compromised, contact us promptly using the information below.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or sale/sharing, and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To make a request, email info@lifeinfocusweddings.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or use the contact details below. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authorization. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. Transactional, project, legal, or service messages may continue when necessary. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser and device settings. Advertising platforms also provide their own privacy and advertising controls.

We do not currently offer a generally applicable financial incentive for personal information. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law. You may contact your local privacy or data-protection authority if you believe your concern has not been resolved.

9. Children’s privacy

This website and our commercial production services are intended for adults and business users. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. International visitors

Life in Focus is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we rely on consent, contractual measures, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

11. Third-party websites and embedded media

Our pages may link to or embed content from third parties, including YouTube, Vimeo, social networks, galleries, maps, and client or partner websites. Embedded content may allow the provider to collect information about your device and interaction as though you visited that provider directly. If you are logged into the third-party service, the provider may associate the interaction with your account.

We do not control third-party privacy, security, cookie, or retention practices. Review the provider’s privacy policy and settings before interacting with its content. A link or embed does not mean that we control or endorse every practice of the third party.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, providers, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
