What each engagement can include

A complete image library, not a folder of near-duplicates.
Corporate photography can cover executive portraits, environmental portraits, people working, facilities, products, process, customer interactions, conferences, and the details that make an organization recognizable. We plan for composition as well as content, deliberately creating horizontal, vertical, tight, and spacious frames so designers have useful options. During production we direct people with simple prompts, keep setups moving, and watch for unscripted moments that communicate confidence without stiffness.
Afterward, images are selected and finished for consistency, natural skin tone, accurate brand color, and practical use across channels. Delivery can include high-resolution masters, web-ready files, organized folders, and guidance on which scenes work best for common placements.

Stories designed for the way people actually watch.
A corporate film begins with the message, not the equipment. We identify the audience, the action you want viewers to take, and the proof needed to make the story credible. From there we can develop interview questions, a narrative outline, location plans, supporting scenes, and a visual approach that fits the organization. On set, interviews feel conversational and the crew stays lean enough to protect the natural rhythm of the workplace or event.
One production can support a flagship brand film, customer story, recruiting piece, event recap, keynote edit, vertical social clips, and a library of clean b-roll. Editing includes pacing, color, sound, music, graphics, captions, and platform-specific versions, so every deliverable feels intentional rather than cut down as an afterthought.

Coverage that respects the room and extends the event’s value.
For conferences, galas, retreats, community programs, and company celebrations, we document both the formal program and the relationships happening around it. Coverage can include registration, venue details, sponsor visibility, networking, presentations, panels, performances, awards, team activities, and candid guest reactions. When video is involved, we can add clean event audio, multiple camera angles, speaker interviews, and short-turnaround recap content.
The final collection is designed to help after the room clears. Photographs can support press, sponsor reporting, future registration, social publishing, and internal recognition. Video can become a concise highlight film, full presentation archive, speaker clips, or promotional material for the next gathering.

Common production questions
Clarity before the cameras arrive.
A thoughtful pre-production process keeps the day calm. These are the questions teams ask most often when planning a combined photography and video engagement.
Yes. A shared schedule and shot plan let both crews work efficiently without asking people to repeat every moment. We identify where simultaneous coverage helps, where one discipline should take priority, and how to preserve a calm experience for employees, speakers, and guests.
Four to eight weeks gives most organizations comfortable time for messaging, schedules, locations, releases, and stakeholder review. Larger campaigns or multi-day events benefit from more lead time, but a focused production can often be organized faster when the objective and decision-makers are clear.
That is normal, and it is part of the job. We explain what will happen, keep direction specific, avoid over-posing, and give interview subjects questions in a conversational rhythm. Most people settle in quickly when the production feels prepared and respectful.
Deliverables are organized by project and use case, with high-resolution photography, web-ready derivatives, mastered films, captioned versions, and social formats as scoped. We confirm naming, access, review rounds, and archive expectations before production begins.
